1. How do I make a reservation?

• To make a reservation, simply call or text us at (832) 495-6523 and let us know which RV rental that suits your preferences.
• We’ll send you a text &/or email invoice to make your initial deposit.  
• Once you complete the booking process, you’ll receive confirmation via email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms. You can find the accepted payment methods during the booking process.

3. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

• Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, subject to our cancellation policy. Check the booking confirmation email for specific details regarding our cancellation policy, fees, and deadlines.

4. Are pets allowed in your RV rentals?

• The pet policy varies depending on the specific property. Some of our rentals are pet-friendly, while others may not allow pets. To find out if a property is pet-friendly, check the property’s description on our website or contact our customer support team for assistance.

5. Where is the pickup & drop off location?

• Pickup and drop off is at our location: 2220 W. Wheeler Ave., Aransas Pass, TX 78336. Specific pickup times should be arranged with the booking manager prior to pickup day.

6. Can you deliver the unit to me at my destination?

• No. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery at this time. You must come & pickup the rental.
